You only get the questions one with 30 seconds to answer and 2 minutes to speak. The question are similar each year with little to no difference at all. There is a long waiting period tho.

5 levels including the recruiter's interview. It was largely about questions on project and working experience that relates to the role. And then follow up questions for the explanations you give,non and on and on and then a few questions about best practices.
