- The most hostile place I’ve ever worked ( I worked a several American banks beforehand ) - The work you do is anchored around how particular senior members of staff feel - Managers are horrendous, they need MORE training as many have no idea what they’re actually doing - Promotions are not based on merit -Overall a waste of my time :-)
