Pros
Some really great people work here, and people genuinely care about the company. A few years ago, this was a great place to work, and there is potential for it to return to being a top company.
Cons
Marketing leadership and recent cultural changes have significantly reduced the ability of this to be a productive company. The politics, retaliation, and lack of clarity make for a volatile workplace. There are also significant salary discrepancies within teams and roles, and no clear signs (after many years of feedback) of any plan to improve career growth.
