The company is actively running a "hire and fire" strategy for years now. Go back in the reviews and you see this has been going on since 2022 minimum. There are people who work there for a long time, everyone else gets routinely replaced every 7-10 months. The old timers stay and the new people are getting replaced either when you speak up or when the company misses its targets. Nothing new as most of the reviews already state.
