Pros
It's a comfortable company that seems to care - during COVID they were quick to respond, put employees first, and announced no job cuts. It's crazy out there now so feel good about job security.
The company is working on some interesting technology and working with legacy products as well. Interesting customers. Before I joined, I didn't know fax was still being used so much - it just keeps growing.
Like the people here - everyone is friendly, open, down to earth. Nice to see some new faces coming on board.
Cons
Better communication than in the past but still feel like there could be more. Too many meetings through Zoom - tiring!
