Pros
The people who receive services are great. It is a great place to learn. Most of the staff are pleasant. Meals are provided to direct care staff. Training staff are engaging and very helpful.
Cons
RSPMI billing. Company values the people they serve, but place this value above that of keeping workers safe, at times. Poor benefit package and poorly organized in providing information needed for health care benefits. Requirements are to document concurrently, which is often not possible due to slow computers or no computer available. Bonus is based on unrealistic expectations for billing (and is based on a formula that changes frequently with changes not being communicated), instead of being based on whether prescribed services for the client are met. Weekly emails provide all employee billing accomplishments/requirements so that if billing is not met, all your colleagues will know which is not reinforcing of a cohesive environment, but of a competitive one.
