Interview
The interview was not too bad. Not really stressful and they were nice and welcoming about it. I appreciated the interview and they welcomed questions. I accepted the job as well.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Birch Tree Communities (Russellville, AR) in Sept 2017

I came in, discussed the hours I was available and what they had available, starting pay, etc. I filled out the paperwork and did a drug test, and was done.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Birch Tree Communities (Russellville, AR) in Jan 2015
Interview
I initially interviewed with the site therapist. It was a friendly interview where she reviewed my resume with me and visited with me a little bit to see if I would be comfortable with the job. She was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. I had a second interview with a Director who was very, very quiet and low key. He went to great lengths to explain the possible pros and cons of the job to me and explained some types of situations that could arise.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The Director explained that there could be quite a bit of redundancy in the position because change in these situations does not occur quickly. He asked me if I would be comfortable with that.
