Complete dictatorship and micro-management; having control over people, fear, intimidation, and ruling with an iron fist are the key management styles of upper management. Meetings behind closed doors, no reviews or feedback, no upper management support for structure, process or procedure. Fly by the night. No concern for employee well-being, or safety, multiple non-compliance's are given no attention. No long term thought or vision. Get it done quick even if its sub par. Turn over is extreme, nepotism is present here to some degree. Lost big customer because upper management didn't want to listen, project manager unqualified, unfit for position, and unavailable.
