Great coworkers and flexibility. Good experience at working independently.

Cons

Nepotism, low pay, VERY low moral, verbally abusive CEO, upper management is blind to what goes on with other employees and frankly don’t care. Willing to lie, cheat and steal to keep money coming in.

Nepotism, misogyny, and dysfunctional authoritarian leadership rule this company. They will underpay you, try and cheat you out of your commission at any chance, have no loyalty to their staff, and to quote the CEO, “I don’t believe in training people.” Working for BioSafe will not advance your career or your pocketbook. You will be lied to by upper-management on almost everything and compromise your professional integrity by unknowingly lying for them. Run, do walk away, from this company.

Some folks who work here are great people.

Cons

Complete dictatorship and micro-management; having control over people, fear, intimidation, and ruling with an iron fist are the key management styles of upper management. Meetings behind closed doors, no reviews or feedback, no upper management support for structure, process or procedure. Fly by the night. No concern for employee well-being, or safety, multiple non-compliance's are given no attention. No long term thought or vision. Get it done quick even if its sub par. Turn over is extreme, nepotism is present here to some degree. Lost big customer because upper management didn't want to listen, project manager unqualified, unfit for position, and unavailable.
