Will NOT survive with David as CTO. - Anonymous employee Biological Dynamics Employee Review

The three highly rated reviews written on Jan 30, the 1 review written on Feb 3, and the 1 review written on Feb 5 looks as if they were written by David (CTO) himself. The points in those reviews are very similar to the CTO's replies of the negative reviews. They completely contradict all of the other 1 star reviews that were posted by other legitimate employees. The negative reviews are accurate to my personal experience at this company. The CTO uses "start-up" experience as a reason or excuse for the negative reviews but all one has to ask is "When was this company started?" It is no longer a start up at 8 years and little to no profits. CTO is closed minded, inconsiderate, and condescending to those below him. His ego blinds him to better solutions from other employees. He and Raj must understand that a companies best asset is not its technology or its product, but is its employees. When your employees don't like their work environment, they will not work for the benefit of the company or the product. Employees go to work every day looking over their shoulder and looking for another job in case they have to leave BioDyn.
