Pros

They have low billable requirements and caseloads sits at 15 cases, unless you cannot meet your weekly billable. There are some responsibilities that I believe should be the Scheduling Teams yet it is being pushed onto the BCBAs, this causes some poor communication with families

Cons

Things are organized but also so unorganized within the organization. Scheduling needs some very very serious help.
