5yThanks for your input. Our offices were always stocked with coffee, water and snacks for our staff, which everyone appreciates. Our organization follows all legal and ethical requirements, if you have concerns, we encourage you to address them to our HR department, who will gladly assist you. In regards sessions cancelled at the door by client, our staff does receive payment for half of the scheduled session time. For example, if a session was scheduled for 3 hours but the client cancelled at the door, the Behavior Technician (BT) would be paid for 1.5 hours at their Therapy Rate, which is industry standard.
