Pros

Good salary, nice-ish work environment

Cons

If you’re foreign and don’t speak German they will tell you during the interview that you’ll get a German course paid from the company. Only for you to discover later that the course will start 6 months after you’ve been hired.

Pros

I was skeptical at first because from the beginning I felt valued as an employee. I finally had great pay, awesome work life balance, a solid team, and a manager that can relate and looks to build employees for their next position. I’ve been with the company for a while now and nothing has changed. Still the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Now that I can think of, and I have thought about it a lot.

Pros

Great supporting staff of technicians, performance engineering, ROCC (this may surprise some former coworkers that I thought very highly of them lol), OT, and NERC Compliance.

Cons

Significant disconnect between C-Suite and Upper Management level employees and field staff, lack of transparency, did not follow through on performance review for 5% salary increase after 90 days, motto “We don’t want to be the biggest, we want to be the best” does not match action.
