Immature and hostile climate and culture. Fear based micromanagement made it difficult to get meaningful work done unless it was a last minute push. HR/ office manager had serious issues that often came out as inappropriate touching hugging and comments towards other employees. CEO was very abusive and used fear and bullying to manage his people. Big mistakes were often overlooked and punishment was harsh for minor miscommunications. CEO is a very poor communicatior and would often humiliate or belittle people in front of customers or other employees.Toxic work environment all around with no work life balance. Well below market benefits. Work day was like living on a prison yard with comings and goings strictly monitored by hr manager who would record arrivals departures and breaks on a spread sheet for future use against employees.

Bad Project managers as they were usually very cranky and wants things done however they want but in a short time as they change their mind too much. So in order to satisfy them, you will have to change the things you had done for the last weeks. No structure in working with colleagues or anyone. Timings they say is flexible but it is not really. Not well-defined training or improvements are given to employees. HRs are the worst. They tell you one thing when you met and change their mind later. People are monitored too much with a minute to minute entry or exit. No money is given for people to change locations. The planning department is the worst as there is no proper structure in executing the projects. Also, they have the worst IT department. I have seen them yelling at people for no reason.
