Pros
The company is a large company and good for Cv. Everyone that works there is friends and nice, culture is a lot more relaxed than other banks so hours aren’t too bad!
Cons
If you weren’t a computer science graduate, their graduate scheme is very bad for training you into a developer - especially over the Covid lock down. However, I believe they are fixing this for newer graduates.
