Pros
Very supportive culture when there is a problem. A lot of focus on mental health. The location (Canary Wharf) and building were great pre-COVID. Flexibility to work from home if needed
Cons
Mind blowing bureaucracy. Committees after committees after committees to tick boxes and say if something is red amber or green instead of actually fixing problems. Really poor senior management (some are real bullies). No interest for proper employee development. Keep talking about diversity and inclusion and yet they promote very few women. When promoting they don’t look for real quality of work but about how much BS the person can say. People who have done well and have stayed for many years are those interested to work within the lines of bureaucracy and do the minimum necessary. Anyone who wants to bring innovation and change is doomed to crash against a brick wall
