      The salaries are decent for IT people when comparing them to other investment banks on wall street.. There are some very smart people working at this place.

      Cons

      Very incompetent management at this place. There is no trust here at all, and the politics are brutal. No culture here whatsoever.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
