      Working conditions are pretty good. Employer provides visa support and competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Some projects are not tempting at all. It is the matter of luck sometimes. The promotion system is not so rapid. Like other big companies it is better to sit there for a long time to get promoted.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
