The noida management discriminate against your race. There is so many examples it proves that they discriminate against northeastern indians. They hire them only for the grassroot works. Even for position like BA3 they prefer North indians . They don't give them promotion. One example : there a guy who highlighted to the management about reciving racist comments from a manger instead of taking action against that manger they changed his team .
