      Pros

      The folks here in the firm are committed to delivering quality business to our clients (internally or externally). Everyone is pretty much focused on getting the results and achieving the projects that were set up.

      Cons

      Quality of certain employees are lacklustre. The lack of quality in certain departments are a stumbling block for the firm as some departments who wishes to drive the firm forward are tugged behind by these departments.

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
