      Pros

      Love it! Quality homes and services. Diverse leadership.

      Cons

      Work life balance is difficult for salaried employees. The medical plan is the worst, it negates the annual salary by $5-10,000 or more because you will be paying out of pocket for basically everything. The turn over for DSPs and their hourly rate is MUCH lower than it should be. Governor Murphy is punishing yesterday's heroes by taking away their freedom to choose.

      The people we serve, some coworkers, plenty of opportunities for overtime

      Cons

      Lack of management, understaffed, low pay for the people who have been there for several years/decades, the points system, they don’t do full investigations if it involves people outside of the company and only go based off of what was verbally stated to them, work/life balance, etc
