      Love it! Quality homes and services. Diverse leadership.

      Cons

      Work life balance is difficult for salaried employees. The medical plan is the worst, it negates the annual salary by $5-10,000 or more because you will be paying out of pocket for basically everything. The turn over for DSPs and their hourly rate is MUCH lower than it should be. Governor Murphy is punishing yesterday's heroes by taking away their freedom to choose.

      Strong benefits Support/flexibility with work and life balance Get to work with a team of knowledgable experts Individuals we support are always the top priority and at the center of all company practices Development opportunities/support with educational pursuits Lots of incentives for additional compensation (perf bonus, referral bonus, high acuity comp, etc) BNR in specific has longevity in many employees. Longevity in leadership/management Never a boring moment!

      Can be mentally and physically exhausting at times Constantly changing and updating, so need to be somone who is very flexible!
