      Pros

      The company had great people and if you find the right manager(s), you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      There was a lack of financial acknowledgement and compensation. Management on the global level changed every year and great deal of uncertainty in company future due to poor leadership on a global level.

      -experience -uniform -location -title etc

      Cons

      -pay, team structure, management being disorganized, & private equity group taking over the label that heavily influenced the store
