Pros

if you like to wear expensive things then you have a discount on those

Cons

they work you up, with no recognition, you don't have work-life balance, and they are not competitive with the hourly rates Lots of drama in the team, no structure from upper management very hostile environment they work on commission and there's no marketing for the brand, nor any outreach to customers, so we only count with the few steps that come in making it hard to sell

Pros

Employee discount? It extends to the other companies also owned by LabelLux.

Cons

Where do I begin? • Favorites get to do whatever they want -- including stacking personal days on top of vacation days, being late 90% of the time, apparently lots of "sick" days, not reprimanded for not following policy. • One of the most underpaid "luxury" retail companies out there. I made more at boutique/contemporary stores • Lacks corporate support and structure. Rumor mill is always running, even ahout higher ups. • No one cares about what you think or what you have to say. Retail staff is treated like disposables. • Shady, dodgy practices when it comes to promotions/hiring process. • Lack of responsibility for actions that should be taken be taken by corporate offices -- blame is put on individual stores • Costa Mesa / Madison are the darlings. No other store can EVER compete or have an excuse as to why they're underperforming because "Costa Mesa and/or Madison can do it. Why can't you?"

Pros

It's a company who is trying to come to the state.

Cons

No leadership with no direction where it wants to head. Blames other for their failure.
