- If you want a very slow paced job then this is for you - Decent people at a peer level
Cons
- Basically minimum wage on the sales team. Their lead time is 12+ weeks so be prepared to not get paid until then. - Management seems to never be on the same page. Bickering happens at every meeting. You cannot have a conversation without them getting defensive. - Low energy environment. When business got really bad management just hid away. Poor leadership when the team needed it the most. They pretty much said well you got paid well earlier this year so that’s too bad. - Job is pretty much a call center. You deal with delivery and equipment issues most of the day. Company relies solely on inbound and does zero marketing to support that. They literally pride themselves about how little marketing they do and the sales team gets the brunt of that. - The CEO has confused me for someone else several times. Once he asked if he knew me in front of a customer. That is just a peek at what management looks like and how you will be treated here.
