Pros
Office is in Virgina Highlands, it's a growing company with room to grow with the team. Not super-hierarchical, so you can talk to anyone in the office if you have an idea worth sharing. Big time focus on great products which they guarantee against loss or damage...that's what makes it a cool place to work, that's the culture of the place.
Cons
With the business growing so fast, often there's more to learn/do than just what's in an initial "job description" so be prepared to pitch in with ideas, assistance with design/new product development/customer service as the needs of the business shift seasonally- but that's a chance to see a lot of parts of a business and get to know your co-workers, too.
