With the business growing so fast, often there's more to learn/do than just what's in an initial "job description" so be prepared to pitch in with ideas, assistance with design/new product development/customer service as the needs of the business shift seasonally- but that's a chance to see a lot of parts of a business and get to know your co-workers, too.
