      Pros

      Probably a good wage.

      Cons

      Its a good brand but ruined by bunch of Indian freaks. The success to their story is who joined 2 years before (around 20 people in one team) there are only two still with BT and others have moved on. Not qualified and arrogant management ruins the BT global image in India, or specially in Gurgaon and Delhi. Lucky if you get chance to be part of Pune or Bangalore team otherwise don't even think about getting on board. They will experience you nightmare.

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
