Pros
Pay was fairly appropriate Network engineers were intelligent coworkers to have
Cons
~20 years behind the times in stuff like HR ethics and stds. for managers Reactive, not proactive management, i.e., 'seat of your pants' management No clear upper management line of site to departmental goals Poor communication on down the line, resulting in lower rungs cleaning up messes incessantly U.S. employees have suffered massive layoffs in the last year as this is a global company and staffing is less expensive almost everywhere else, i.e., probably not the place to think you have career longevity if you are US based
