Blame culture, cover your back ALL the time. Senior Leadership don’t know what’s going on, don’t agree on anything and make it impossible for decisions to be made and for change to succeed. Old school and risk averse, they want to become innovative but this is cut off at the knees with the politics and culture. Extremely political.......favouritism is rife. Some people in leadership roles really shouldn’t be. One BSI is laughable, silos everywhere. Great place to work is laughable, agile working is a joke, unless your manager supports that it ain’t happening. They say one thing and do another. Unfortunately it has become a bad place to work and they are losing staff left right and centre. They can’t keep new staff and they can’t keep the good long serving staff either. Sad to see BSI going downhill so fast. It’s simply broken!
