      Front line management incompetent, mid and top management have no ideas on how to grow and keep staff. Turn hover as big as the incompetency of the managers.

      Autonomous working environment. Most jobs are work from home.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Managers have never done the actual job and have no idea how time consuming it is. You won't have time to take your PTO and then you lose it at the end of the year, no carry over.
