However, it was abruptly closed, with the explanation that it was being replaced by Gratuity. - Despite a commitment to offer Provident Fund, encompassing 3.5% of the employee's salary and an equal contribution from the company, unfortunately, these PF benefits were suddenly terminated. - There was a commitment to initiate the Gratuity facility from January 1, 2024, one year earlier than planned. However, this commitment has now been unexpectedly closed. - Operational processes seem overly biased, with an excess of layers. - There are concerns about micromanagement within the organization. - The decision-making process appears centralized, with higher management exclusively determining outcomes, without any consideration for employee input. - Nepotism.
