Good pay compared to some other driving jobs. Some of the staff and drivers are helpful and friendly.

From the interview until the last day of training, a lot of information was misleading. During the interview they tell you that everything is already loaded onto the trailer and there is no picking involved, but on the last day of training you suddenly find out that drivers must do picking from inside the trailer, deliver to customers, and also offload everything to get the cages back. Older drivers have their own fixed routes, but new drivers are sent anywhere they want. Overall, the job is very different from what is explained during the interview process.

You get more breaks and nothing to do. A workplace for those that just want to spend 8hours away from home doing nothing. You can take a 3 hour break and no one will notice you’re missing. Walk around the aisles and boredom is your best friend. Be slow and do over time and still get paid even for having a coffee in the break room.

Leadership is run by Elliot and Jared. Elliot will tell you to go to Jared and Jared talks a lot but makes no sense. A combo of some “team members” are just not meant to be managers. Old school and no productivity. You’re basically being paid to do nothing. A lot of talking no action. Watch out for them trying to make you look like an idiot. No proper training for those that is new to warehouse work and they use team members who are good at what they do to fix all the mess they create. RF scanner they have is old school and not worth blinking an eye on. Worst working environment. You will be stuck here till retirement and no progress of both skills and growth. Waste of time place.
