      Unfair dismissal risks; better options available

      Pros

      They are lucky that I found a better place that offer 25% higher base salary or else will kick start unfair dismissal! :)

      Cons

      Will give zero star if possible. I was on the verge to report them to MOM. I know of many who did just that for unfair dismissal. Apply at your own risk!!

      Very Different From What Was Promised During Interview

      Pros

      Good pay compared to some other driving jobs. Some of the staff and drivers are helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      From the interview until the last day of training, a lot of information was misleading. During the interview they tell you that everything is already loaded onto the trailer and there is no picking involved, but on the last day of training you suddenly find out that drivers must do picking from inside the trailer, deliver to customers, and also offload everything to get the cages back. Older drivers have their own fixed routes, but new drivers are sent anywhere they want. Overall, the job is very different from what is explained during the interview process.
