Pros
Good products and good company reputation in healthcare. The company has consistently delivered to its shareholders. Growth through acquisitions of new companies and new products that fit nicely with the current product portfolios.
Cons
There seems to be a complete lack of trust and faith in those out on the front lines, reps and managers. There is no latitude to make local decisions without getting many people involved. Sometimes feels like everyone wants to tell you no or why something won't work instead of working together on solutions. Way too many hands in the proverbial cookie jar! There isn't much of an 'employee engagement' culture. Feels like you are constantly racing where there is no finish line.
