3. Director level screening also via teams - 60 minutes
4. Recruiter reaching out with an offer and next steps

I applied through university. I interviewed at BD (Franklin Lakes, NJ) in Sept 2025
Interview
2 round interview overall. First round will ask you some behaviral questions, and also asked your pass experiences. 2nd round will ask you more about how you using AI, and any past experience using VS Code.
I had a 30-minute initial phone screening. The interviewer asked about my background, previous experience, why I was interested in the role, and some general behavioral questions. The conversation was overall straightforward and conversational.
