Just an okay place to work - Field Service Engineer BD Employee Review

Great company to work for - best work life balance there is.

Position limiting growth - unclear promotional pathways.

There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
