Pros
Management team is highly engaged. Focused and dedicated, they treat the company as if it was their own baby while keep the employees engaged and motivated. They would go any length to ensure a remarkable work life balance for individuals while ensuring that product delivery is spot on. They do not treat us as employees but as colleagues and friends. HR is very supportive of the employees needs. I had really good experience with HR and my manager when I joined. They made me very comfortable and treated me as a family member. The managers and even the Director is very approachable. Not many times do you see the director taking personal interest in the work that we do. One can reach them with any issues and they will ensure that the same is resolved. Getting to work on state of the art products, nice benefits, onsite visits, multiple rewards and recognition, team building, quarterly business updates, good office, professional growth and ever supportive local management are the best traits. The open office culture is the icing on the cake. This is a place where not all but most of the expectations are met.
Cons
Sometimes it seems that management does not possess decision making powers and they tread very cautiously on some issues. This inhibits their risk taking capabilities. But then, we work for the US and we are actually governed by the business needs, dictated by US. Promotion is tough to get. Very high standards set for everyone. This causes discomfort for people like me. They also need to be competitive in terms of what other companies around the IT park are offering and re-look at the benefits.
