      The people are the best here, very supportive and helpful. The work can be challenging and meaningful as it all involves medical devices that help people live better lives.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
