Pros

The only pro is the people that work on the manufacturing floor, they will have your back no matter what happens. Shifts are very tightly nit and its one for all all for one type of environment down in the trenches.

Cons

People are regularly getting mistreated and intimidated at work. If anyone dares to exercise their right to raise awareness of their practices via grievance process, that person will be obliterated! The associates are getting railroaded through the legislative loopholes of the BD policies. HR is absolutely partial to side in with the Management. Disciplinary investigations were being conducted when standard human errors were made during workhours. Mental health was never being considered during Covid, people were asked to work from site to create "office optics", although their work didn't require them to be present on site.

Pros

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Cons

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
