      Pros

      Multicultural, values and promotes diversity as well as inclusion, ethical, filled with opportunities, lives by it's values, Very solid policies and procedures, friendly atmosphere, open doors

      Cons

      Slow in getting things done -numerous stakeholders in decision making, this also sometimes causes conflicting priorities. Not good at innovating either with new products or simplified ways to do things. Tendency to centralize around corporate headquarters and micromanage certainn activities

      Pros

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
