      Good market value & Well respected brand Leading in many product categories in India like Catheter, Vacutainers

      Cons

      People & culture is bad - lot of politics and favoritism Careful ion was lost after merger and now it is time for Bard to lose its characteristics

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
