Pros
Many smart, productive, easy to work with colleagues. Great resources and market position. Products that are widely used and beneficial to many people.
Cons
Red tape above and beyond that required by regulation and good practice. Lots of management and little leadership. Planning and decision making are all driven from the top down while ignoring the kinds of bottom up information that makes or breaks programs. Lack of focus on core competencies and real performance, instead much time and energy are dissipated on the latest management fads.
