      Pros

      Flexible work-at-home opportunity; very interesting work; great clients and coworkers; dedicated, intelligent people; would recommend with reservations

      Cons

      I ended up with a CareFusion hold-over as a manager, who turned out to be a bully. Work was always 'ON' - weekends, evenings, holidays, vacations. I really enjoyed working at BD in spite of all that; however, it was the bully I worked under that killed it for me. The working environment became punitive.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
