      Pros

      Good work / life balance. There was a freedom to work your territory based on the reps opinion. Now not so much.

      Cons

      BD has become very focused on data from the sales teams. Computer time has replaced customer facing time. Very large territories to manage.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
