      Pros

      It is a reaourcefull place to work. They bring good benefits to the upper management level. They have a good training program

      Cons

      They cold offer better benefits to the employees and a better retirement plan for non excempt employees. Some of the manufacturing equipment require a replacement.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
