      Great company to work for.

      Cons

      12 hours shifts are very hard for some families to adjust to, and are hard on associates , otherwise very caring company

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
