      Pros

      BD is proactive in helping their employees continue their training and education wether in the same field or a new one.

      Cons

      The wheels of progress can move very slow at BD. Middle management and HR should not be allowed to interfere and collaborate in employee complaints about their managers.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
