      This business does make a difference for its customers.

      Cons

      BD is currently experiencing an erosion of our culture. Over the past two years BD has turned from a great place to work to what feels like a leaderless downward spiral. The leaders that have not already left the business are blind to the low morale and quit stay culture that has been created.
