Pros
Co-Workers were great, and friendly.
Cons
Very little accountability for cost of bad quality/cost of bad management. They offered little to no development opportunities. It felt like there was no trust, even for rockstar employees who were very intelligent, ready for new challenges, and had proven themselves to be responsible with new projects. Middle management at the site frequently (and seemingly deliberately) ignored sexual harassment, bullying, and under-performance from lower level management. Quality issues that were defined as serious issues in our QMS were frequently ignored almost as a rule. Bringing up an issue was often followed by scorn from lab leads. The result of this was a culture of apathy towards the quality of our products. As someone who genuinely cares about quality, this was painful.
